“I came from a platform where I never knew my schedule. Here I know my days, I get a pay stub and I can ask a question at the Thursday meeting.”

From a cleaner
What a cleaner says about the job.
Sample reviews.
What cleaners ask.
Do I need experience to work here?
No. The first week is paid training with Kadiatu: products, tools, keys and codes, and working in someone's home. Experience helps, and we hire for reliability.
Are cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Everyone is on payroll from day one, with taxes withheld, a pay stub and workers' compensation. No 1099s and no app.
What does it take to become an owner?
After a trial period you can ask to join as a worker-owner: one share, one vote and a share of the year's profit. The buy-in is paid through small payroll deductions. Ask for the membership terms in writing.
Do I need my own car?
No. Crews ride in company vans from the shop on Maple Street. If you can get to the shop by 8 a.m., you can work here.
Do I need to speak English?
No. Crews work in Spanish, English or both, and the shop answers in both.
