Services
Same crew, same checklist, in every home. Nothing comes off the list without telling you.
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, by the same two or three people.
The first visit, or the one after a long winter: baseboards, cabinet fronts, light fixtures, the corners.
An empty-house clean for renters, sellers and new owners, to a checklist you can hand over.
Oven, inside the fridge, cabinets, blinds, laundry and windows, named on the quote.
How it works
Every Maple Street cleaner is on payroll from the first day. After a trial period any of us can become a worker-owner: one share, one vote.
The same crew each visit, so you aren't training someone new
A written quote before the first clean
Keys and alarm codes handled under a written policy
English and Spanish on the phone, weekdays

Pricing
Time on site decides it. These are the things that add or save time.
Size of the home and number of bathrooms
How long since the last real clean
Pets and how much hair they leave
How often we come
Stairs, parking and how we get in
The quote lists the rooms, the number of cleaners and the hours. Anything outside it is named as an add-on before we start.
Included: the checklist for your service
Not included: oven, inside the fridge, windows, laundry
For a first clean we look at the home with you, in person or by photo text, before we write the quote. There is no obligation to book after.
In writing, before the first clean. If the home turns out different from what we saw, we tell you before we start the extra time, not after.

From customers
“I asked who would be in my house and got three first names the night before. The same two came back every other Thursday.”
“The quote came in writing before they did: five rooms, the oven, the inside of the fridge. The invoice matched it.”
“They asked about the cat, the alarm and which room to leave for last. Nothing was a surprise when I got home.”

Where we clean
The shop is on Maple Street in Benson. Crews drive out from there each weekday.
We don't clean in Lincoln, Fremont or Blair, or past Douglas and Sarpy counties and Council Bluffs. For those, ask a cleaner closer to you.
Questions
By the size of the home, the shape it's in, pets, how often we come and how much time the crew needs. You get it in a written quote before the first clean. The pricing page lists the questions we ask.
No. Most clients are at work. Keys and codes follow the written policy: logged, never on a shared sheet, and returned or deleted when service ends. The Policies page has the details.
Your crew are Maple Street employees on payroll, and most are worker-owners. You get their first names before each visit. We don't use contractors or subcontractors.
No. The first week is paid training with Kadiatu: products, tools, keys and codes, and working in someone's home. Experience helps, and we hire for reliability.
Employees. Everyone is on payroll from day one, with taxes withheld, a pay stub and workers' compensation. No 1099s and no app.
After a trial period you can ask to join as a worker-owner: one share, one vote and a share of the year's profit. The buy-in is paid through small payroll deductions. Ask for the membership terms in writing.
