Step 1: Walk-through
In person, or by photos and a short call. We note the rooms, the pets and the add-ons.

Step 2: The crew arrives
A lead and one or two others, with their own products, vacuums and step stools.

Step 3: Top to bottom
Fans and vents first, floors last, so dust never falls on a clean floor.

Step 4: Checklist walk and follow-up
The lead walks the list with you or by text, and Khanh checks in the next day.

How long does a deep clean take?
Most take a full day for a crew of three. The quote says the people and the hours.
Do I need to move things first?
No. We clean around furniture and move light pieces. Tell us what shouldn't be moved.
What happens after a deep clean?
Many homes move to a recurring clean, quoted separately. There is no obligation.
