Recurring clean

The same crew, every week or every other.

For households that want the house kept up, not rescued. Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, on a day that stays the same.

  • A named crew of two or three

  • A set day and arrival window

  • A text the night before with first names

  • The same checklist every visit

The fine print

Extras, pricing and what to do before we come.

  • What costs extra

Each of these is named on the quote before we start.

    • Oven and inside the fridge

    • Interior windows and blinds

    • Laundry washed and folded

    • Heavy pet-hair homes, by the hour

  • How this one is priced

By the hours the crew needs for your home, set after the walk-through and confirmed in writing. A standing visit is quoted on its own, apart from a one-time clean.

    How pricing works
  • Before we arrive, and what we don't do

A few things help the crew, and a few we leave alone.

    • Tell us about pets and where they stay

    • Leave parking open near the door

    • Name any surface to skip

    • We don't move heavy furniture or clean mold

A visit

How a visit goes.

Rayford leads the recurring routes and Khanh keeps the calendar.

  1. 01

    Step 1: The night before

Rayford texts the first names of the crew and the arrival window.

  2. 02

    Step 2: We arrive together

Two or three of us come in one van. The lead checks the list with you, or by text if you are out.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The clean

Top to bottom, one room at a time, in the same order every visit.

  4. 04

Step 4: Lock up and a note

The lead locks up and texts what was done and what wasn't.

Questions about this clean.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Tell us 48 hours ahead and that visit costs nothing.

Can I change my day?

Usually. Khanh moves the route calendar and tells you before anything changes.

Do I need to be home?

No. Keys and codes follow the written policy on the Policies page.
